Welcome to our resurrected Zone 6 Website. (zone6.pca.org)
We started off 2019 with several new Region Presidents among the 10 regions in Zone 6, who immediately jumped in to start planning the 2019 Zone 6 Grand Tour, along with a host of other region events. PCA is run by volunteers and we need your help with all of our member activities.
Zone 6 was honored to host one of the semi-annual National Staff meetings in Seattle. I jinxed us by bragging about our mild Winter. The snowstorm in and around Seattle made it impossible for several of our Region Presidents to attend the meeting. We did have a great reception at Griot’s Garage in Tacoma. We are fortunate to have Griot’s in our Zone.
My snow jinx carried over to the Region Presidents’ Meeting in Eugene, where they had a record snowfall in late February. We had a great turnout of presidents and other region officers for an exchange of ideas for making sure all our regions continue to serve our members.
Thanks to all of our volunteers, we have the June 22-30 2019 Zone 6 Grand Tour ready for you to register. Although I’m not going to make any more weather predictions, things are looking good for driving on some of the best Porsche roads anywhere.
